Mike and Ericka Onderlinde met while they both worked for another landscape contractor when they were still in school. After graduation, they started Forget Me Not Landscape & Nursery in a rented facility with one pick-up truck and an armload of shovels and rakes. Over the past 15 years Forget Me Not Landscape has grown into one of Kalamazoo's leading landscape design and contracting businesses. Mike Onderlinde is a university trained Landscape Designer with a degree from Michigan State University. Ericka Onderlinde's academic background is horticulture. A number of family members work at Forget Me Not Landscape & Nursery, including even Mike and Ericka's children when they are not in school or playing hockey.
Forget Me Not Landscape & Nursery is located on East Main Street about 3 miles east of Sprinkle Road. The company owns a fleet of trucks and construction equipment like Bobcat loaders to complete the largest of jobs from start to finish. The company has a number of greenhouse and hoop house facilities on the premises, in which we raise thousands of perennial plants and shrubs every year.
