Forget Me Not Landscape and Nursery incorporates elements of design and science to create a pleasing extension of indoor living to outdoors areas. To achieve the desired effect, we combine our knowledge of art with our knowledge of horticulture.

Color, line, form, texture and scale are tools which are used in combinations to adjust design principles. Design principles include unity, balance, transition, focalization, proportion, rhythm, repetition and simplicity. All these principles interact to yield the intended design.
1. Conduct a site analysis.
2. Assess family needs and desires.
3. Locate activity areas.
4. Design outdoor living spaces.
5. Select plants and placement.
6. Draw a site plan.
We do our best to minimize the amount of maintenance required in our landscape designs. Even the most perfectly designed and installed landscape will fail if maintenance fails. Complex designs usually require more maintenance. We generally limit the number of plant species and create well-defined planted areas by avoiding the scattering of plants throughout open areas.
